There are several different ways to get involved and support the Mission of the Association. It has been commonly said that people can support by giving of their Time, Talent, and Treasure. The easiest way to support the Association is simply placing membership and paying dues. If you know of other alumni who have not been reconnected with camp, the Association is a great way to bring them back home to the South Fork. Throughout the year there will also be opportunities for members to provide service to Kia Kima and to give back to the Scouting program. The last way to support the organization is through monetary donations. Thank you for supporting our youth!
The Kia Kima Alumni Association is an independent nonprofit and all finances and donations are handled solely by the Board of Directors. This means you can rest assured that your donations are going straight solely to supporting our mission statement: to reconnect alumni with Kia Kima; to support Kia Kima Scout Reservation and its staff; and to promote the Scouting program.
The Association's is a registered 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. All donations made are tax deductible.
There are many different ways to give. Here are few examples
If you have a Kroger Plus Card, you can sign up so Kroger will donate a portion of their proceeds to the Kia Kima Alumni Association! This comes at no cost to you and is essentially free money for the Association. We strongly encourage participation in this great program!
